Life as a human ...

This is in response to Cathy12156dsrjad and also everyone else ... i think we're all afraid or we wouldnt be concerned about our health.

We also want to live our life in as good health as we can.

Sometimes this can be very difficult since we're all so different.

I talked to a woman last week who went to the hospital for awhile to have iv therapy since her sodium level was so low.

Unfortunately there does not seem to be a general rule so we get as good feedback from docs as we can/change our diets to what seems to be beneficial for us individually/exercise if we can/try to keep a positive outlook/interact with others/get on with life.
