Research is underway but will take years to get approval. Google kidney stem cells. See Harvard Stem Cell Institute.

Yes, there is but it is in China and expensive. The medical gestapo here will not allow it because of Hubris. I have been to China and recommend it. They have been treating Kidney problems for almost 4000 years. We are a new country here, less than 300 years old and afflicted with Hubris.
