If you mean cysts on the kidneys which develop once they have failed, then to my knowledge no. My kidneys, which failed 30 years ago, are barely visible on ultrasound because they are covered in cysts; one is 10cm long- bigger than the actual kidney! They are painless and I wouldn't know about them were it not for scans etc.
