As far as I know, porridge is ok, but milk is high in phosphate so if you make it with milk, it's best avoided or use just water instead. Good luck.
that should be fine high phosphate foods are dairy & meat, you need a certain amount but thats the stuff to cut down on if you have high phosphate! its best to see a renal dietitian gps are not the best when it concerns renal diets!
Whole grains, like oats, are high in phosphorus. I avoid whole wheat bread, brown rice, quinoa, and whole wheat pasta. I do still eat oatmeal, but a third of a cup dry is 135 mg phosphorus. Farro and polenta have no phosphorus, and white (or sourdough) bread, white rice, and plain pasta has lower amounts. I'd ask a dietician or research amounts on the internet.
