Abdominal ct scan

hi does anyone else know why ckd sufferers need a ct scan of abdomen and what its it they are looking for as i have one booked for next week but unsure of the whys and wherefores of the outcome it seems my diagnosis is immunity related

if they are looking for evidence of CKd , they will see malformed kidney cells , they call it renal parenchyma, they also may look into any obstruction of uraters, that has nothing to do with ckd
