How to survive stage 3a kidney disease

I just learned I have stage 3a kidney damage. How can I feel better and manage this problem

Please tell us what symptoms you're having so people can help you. I'm an 85 year old woman who had no symptoms when my primary care doctor made the diagnosis on the basis of a comprehensive blood test a year ago,. I'm still in stage 3a. I still have high blood pressure. I'm under the care of a nephrologist.
