From what I've read, white bread w low sodium is the best

Thanks. Its been confusing. Some say white bread raises the sugar and not advisable for diabrtics

From what I read white, rye, sourdough, whole grain are ok just need to do in moderation

white rice is more quickly converted to starch and there upon to sugar that is y brown rice is good for dibetic patients , Any way how u found u are ckd 3?

if u control your food intake u can maintain your GFR.

I'd follow a dieticians advice and try and eat healthy. Avoiding overly salty and processed foods is good for all of us:)

For example the American site Davita gives some basic nutritional advice for those with varying stages of CKD
