I have real trouble quantifying time. I get reeeaalllly stressed out if I have an appointment, that I will miss it or forget it. I cant relax until the appointment is over. Also because I cant judge time, ie 30 could be an hour and hour could be 30 minutes or an hour and half, I have trouble with tasks and if I have the time! I dont wear a watch as I hate them on my wrists. Im wondering if setting alarms on my mobile might relieve the anxiety and make me more productive? Sometimes I wont even start something important because I dont think I have the time and may have hours at my disposal. Does this all make me sound crazy?
