admitted to hospital in 2016 with jaundice and confusion, wasn’t expected to make it as my liver was failing! Fast forward to 2023 and my liver health has never been so good! Better than the average joes so the health professionals tell me 😂 feels good to be alive xx

That's good news that you recovered so well and it's fantastic but it's scary to think it that you had to get to such a life threatening stage... did you completely change your life from that point on ???

yes it’s very scary that it had to come to that but I had no control over my drinking at that point! I completely changed my life, no drinking, better diet! Once I was out of hospital I could think straight and get my life back on track
