21 Day Update

Hi everyone

Just a quick update to say today will be our 21 days of not drinking, I can't say we won't have a drink come 1st February but hopefully won't go back to what we had been drinking, if we do, we do have a problem and probably need outside help.

Still reading the book Maxcharles suggested which is good but thankfully was not as bad as the author and a completely different lifestyle but it's good to read different experiences and how they changed their life around.

Thanks to everyone for their help and to anyone just joining go back and read a lot of previous posts

Good luck

I’m sending you and the Mrs. many congratulations! In reading others stories , there will always be differences, but basic similarities, too. None of the readings will go to waste, though. Knowledge can give you power. The power to make good decisions for yourself. Thank you, my friend for searching for that knowledge.
