Well everyone hope everything is going to plan with you all, we have passed our first milestone of 7 nights, had some headaches days 3-5 but other than that really good, I had some becks blue on Saturday night along with AF cider but have to be careful I didn't realise how much sugar is in some AF drinks.
Thanks and good luck to everyone

Well done, Camper33. 👍🏼Myself and others hear the the earnestness in your words. Eat, drink and do whatever that comforts you in the initial start of not drinking. (Within reason 😉)You’re already denying yourself of alcohol. Dont add to it. 🍀
Thanks for that, yesterday we even went into town had a meal with pot of tea and a coffee unheard of for us, would usually go somewhere else and have a bottle of wine.
Your venture out for something new was a positive experience. Those experiences will add up and give you good memories to fall back on when you get the urge to drink. It’s great 🌈you can get out and about these days. It’s so hard to be stuck at home as so many others are.
Thanks and yes feel fine, more important where have you been and how are you doing? I don't think you have been on since you said you were going on holiday, you and everyone else gave me some great inspiration when I started this group and it's fantastic that we can help each other.
Happy, Happy New Year! Great way to start...... keep that frame of mind! I've tried everything to give up alcohol. My last relapse nearly killed me = how lucky I am to be here now! I know not everyone has the same level of addiction. My drinking evolved over a long period of time. I've learned to live with it now & it will always lurk! Today is Alcohol-Free DAY 440 & I'm staying ahead of the Demon as I forge ahead!
Thanks for the comments and well done to you, what has helped you to stay that long without a drink apart from the relapse you mentioned, all help is appreciated not just for me as I didn't realise there are so many people who need help and going through this.
