Male 20s stroke

Hello, I would like some advice and any thoughts on my brothers situation. He has had a stroke but this was not detected by doctors until 3 days later which has meant they have missed a blood clot on his neck that has travelled to the bottom part of his brain. The doctors are saying that he will need to start physio but may not be able to walk or move his body. As you can imagine this is a big shock for us as a family especially due to them telling us the scans were clear On day 1 and 2.

Are there any operations or any suggestion that can be done? Is it likely that he won’t ever walk again? We don’t know the extent of it, as it could also affect him neurologically.

Any who has been in the same situation?
