I am having trouble with low blood pressure and it makes it impossible for them to remove fluid from my body because my blood pressure is under 80 top number. Now I am having fluid overload and feel like I am going to die. My dry weight is 112 and I am at 123 now. I have dialysis tomorrow but if my blood pressure doesn’t get high enough I will be in trouble. I don’t want to die. I feel terrible right now.

Fluid overload
I have experienced the same thing as you, with a similar difference between dry and wet weight, and it certainly feels utterly terrible. But I can assure you, you will not die from fluid overload. You are in far more danger from such low blood pressure. Maybe ask your clinic if there is a medication that could be causing it, and see if they can reduce the dose? (Lisinopril causes low blood pressure, as does Lasix). Or maybe drinking more fluid/taking in a bit more sodium would help. Before you change anything, though, get your nurses' opinions and OK to make changes, don't go on my advice because I'm just a fellow patient, I'm not a doctor or nurse.
Talk to your nurse when you go - there is a med to raise your blood pressure that your nephrologist can order. I had to take midodrine to raise my blood pressure for quite some time while I was on dialysis. They do have to monitor your blood pressure to see if you actually need it.
Don’t worry about getting in trouble your nurses are there to help you💚are you on any BP meds? Ask to speak to your your Nephrologist 🙏💚
Could be you gained weight from food talk to the dialysis doctor.
When in a similar situation here in the UK I was given an extra dialysis session each week until my dry weight goal was achievable. Also for many years I had trouble with controlling my fluid intake. I have now found my ideal mug .. narrow enough to keep the tea hot but only 120mls. I might add I have been on haemodialysis for twenty five years so something’s obviously working!
