PD Patient Heart Racing

Hi everyone, I hope you are all doing well!

My sister has been on PD for about a year now and is having a hard time as I'm sure you all have had, it's not an easy journey but one that's worth it.

She is doing her best to stay away from high-K (potassium) and phosphate foods. However she is struggling with high numbers for both. She is roughly 105lbs and is afraid to even eat protein and many foods. She also experiences high BP and her heart races most mornings..

Of course we have spoken to her medical team but to no avail. Any advice in the right direction would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!
