somebody inform to me bananais tomuch glucose......it not good for diabatis patients.......yes or no.....
maybe some more fruits are not good for daibatic patients.......
A banana at Breakfast time was my routine for years till my Doctor Bhavesh showed the calorie contents and sugar contents on his slides. I avoid Banana completely. Banana, Mangoes, Jack fruits, Grapes are to be avoided at all times though tempting. Citric fruits are to be taken regularly. Apple in moderate quantity only. Can Guva be taken I am no sure.

Banana is a complete food. When ur away from home and good food is not available u can depend on bananas. Substitute 2/3 bananas for a meal. It is for non-diabeties. It also gives weight. Prevents constipation. Diabetics no. Eat one banana if u want skip ur one meal.
Yes, banana, grapes, jack fruit and mangoes are high sugar contents. Eat jambul, guava, citric fruits, papaya, watermelon etc. In vegetables, eat bittergoud, green leaf vegetables, cucumber, carrots etc. more. As medicine, take juice of tulsi leaves, bhel leaves (koovalam leaves in Malayalam). curry leaves, amla etc. for diabetic.
