How do we limit the negative influence of diabetic medicines in the kidney systems, eye and other pars.

All medicines are having side effects but still they are prescribed considering the benefits they give.That means the benefits far outweigh any harmful side effects Doctors are aware of the side effects and they watch for them when you go for quarterly /annual check ups.They also examine your liver and kidney function tests.They look for any damage on the foot,the eyes.teeth,skin etc.The doctor will change your medication if he sees any side effects.You should also be aware of the possible side effects of the medicines you take and inform the doctor if you observe anything.Constant vigilance is essential foe effective diabetes management.

Thanks for answer. I do not believe that doctors are interested in controlling the negative effects of the medicine. They tried to prescribe a medicine which fetches more commissio to him or her. This is a universal attitude of doctors.
