My random sugar level remains at 300 inspite of not taking sugar, potato, rice. Any advice ?

Go to a diabetes doctor immediately and consult him. Diabetes is a sweet, sudden killing disease.It is not controllable by diet alone.

Thank you. This is actually for my wife. we will indeed consult a good diabetologist. She does not have any tell tale symptoms as of now. However, I will not take chances.

it is very high level,plz consult your dr and take appropriate medicine,you have a good controll over diets.

You need not be frightened that your sugar level is high.You can control it.Consult an experienced diabetologist. He will give you not only medical prescription but also plenty of information as to how to control your sugar level.Follow his advice scrupulously and you will succeed.

Please try any of this:

Cut 6 to 7 Ladies Fingers and cut vertically. Soak them in one glass of water over night and drink the water first in the morning. You will see dramatic results

Second: Take one portion of Kaloji, two portion of Ajwain, four portion of Methi seeds and roast them and grind to powder. Take two teaspoons of this powder with warm water first in the morning for one month. Test the result.

Before doing this, try also the following:

Walk atleast 5 kms every day

Avoid, rice, fruits, potato, sweets, any vegetables grown below ground. Take food in small quantities 4 to 5 times a day.

Trust this will reduce your sugar levels

Thank you so very much for the simple remedies. Actually, I had posted on behalf of my wife. I am very concerned for her. She has already initiated the lady finger remedy. I am waiting for her to get used to this and then will start the other one. I cannot thank you enough for sharing the remedies. Regards - tapas banerjee
