I am a diabetic since last one year. avg. F-130, PP-140. For recent Myasthenia treatment, I am now on Actrapid/Mixtard three times, before breakfast 10/0, before lunch 10/0 and before dinner 15/15. But when I eat some sweet in dinner my next day BSL drops to F-90. Can any one guide/explain?

What is this Myasthenia treatment,and what is Actrapid/Mixtard etc..Never heard of them.
