If you could tell me little about ur diet may beI will be able to help you. What other medicines are u taking?? What is ur fasting abd the PP ( 2 hours after starting a meal ) sugar levels??

Dionili is a very old drug and now many new and modern drugs like Januvia,, Janumet with combilation of Glymie 2 mg and Oglo 15 mg can do a lot to your sugar levels.
