My fasting sugar is 120 and PP is 145. I am taking Gemer 2 and Volix .2 morning evening. How do I control without medicine?

I think you can very well change your lifestyle and surely no need for medication at this stage unless you are not able to control with self help,that is walking 30 mins,control on diet ,have coction of methiseeds,jeera,ajwain and mustard seeds roasted on low flame have teaspoon daily at a uniform time ,it shall bring surprising results in the first month itself,i have done it you may try it to believe it and also spread the same
