Honey having high contents of sugar, could it be consumed along with any other substance (like cinnamon) used to control diabetes?

No, honey can never be used to control diabetes . So, avoid it.

If honey is pure,It can be used moderately without any harmful side effefcts.

Honey is 82% sugar.If you are a diabetic with high blood sugar levels,honey is as bad as sugar to elevate the sugar levels.Also,sugar in the honey is easily absorbed by the body.Advisable to avoid honey.

Cinnamon powder mixed with Honey is used by some people for control of sugar levels. Efficiency is not recorded (as far as i know).If ur sugar levels are under control a little bit of honey may not harm,but never forget to take u r medicines prescribed, diet control,and exercise.
