Can tingling/pain on the soles of feet be reduced by any external therapy?

You can use footwear with total contact insole that will help you to massage foot for better blood circulation. 30 minute per day jogging will also help you.

No external therapy can cure the problem. But changing Shoes & Socks can give you certain benefit. Ask your doctor if any change in medication needed to cover this problem too.'
