I control my diabetes fasting level at 120 by taking two Galvus MET 500/50 per day. I do not get time to exercise or walk. Does it matter?

Walking/exercise and Diet control is a must.

Reducing blood sugar by medication is not enough.We need energy which is absorbed by cells from food,with help of insulin.Exercise increases the capacity of cells to absorb energy from food.Therefore if you do not exercise/walk you may starve in spite of eating well,and the body may go weaker.

good food good sleep with trim intake and timely medicine will take care but sometime for a change on sundays please go out and see how beatifullll your colony people are,,,, be joyousssssssss

you must walk for a mim of 45 minu. it helps in co-lateral circulation, co latreral means with walking pressure is put and the blood finds its own path for flowing, and claears any blockage

nearly 30 to 40 minutes brisk walk or similar exercise is must. If you dont get time try to walk the distance when you have not to go far and always take stairs for going to one to flight of stairs. Though sugar can be controlled mby takeing galus met 50/500 but regular physical activity will ensure long term benefits like not increasing your medicines, keeping you fit and avoiding/minimising and delaying the diabetes complications like nueropathy, heart disease etc. and keeping you fit for long. Friend try to spare nearly half an hour for your health. It is must.
