How many carbs. are in the crackers, Hidden ? The Almond Butter/Hazelnut Spread sounds great with the crackers. Do you also use peanut butter?

That's okay. Not everyone likes the same thing. I'm not a big fan of natural peanut butter, but I like crunchy or extra crunchy peanut butter when we have it for part of a meal. :-)

Would you try leaving out the mixed nut spread and see what the numbers end up being when not eating it since that has the most carbs. between the almond butter and the crackers? :-)
