You seem to be doing well but need to bring down PPBS further.Get HbA1c test done.It will tell you more clearly how well you are controlling your diabetes.Try papaya for constipation.

First of all don't be panic about your blood sugar level. Always keep in mind that Diabetes Mellitus is a deficiency in the body to digest and not a disease. Secondly, consult your doctor for less sleep, dissiness and take prescribed medicine. Try papaya or pomegranate in the evening with tea for constipation.

Gluconorm G2 Forte Tablet contains Glimepiride (2 mg), and Metformin (500 mg) as active ingredients.

Glimepiride is used along with diet and exercise, and sometimes with other medications, to treat type 2 diabetes (condition in which the body does not use insulin normally and, therefore, cannot control the amount of sugar in the blood). Glimepiride lowers blood sugar by causing the pancreas to produce insulin (a natural substance that is needed to break down sugar in the body) and helping the body use insulin efficiently. This medication will only help lower blood sugar in people whose bodies produce insulin naturally.

Metformin is used alone or with other medications, including insulin, to treat type 2 diabetes (condition in which the body does not use insulin normally and, therefore, cannot control the amount of sugar in the blood). Metformin is in a class of drugs called biguanides. Metformin helps to control the amount of glucose (sugar) in your blood. It decreases the amount of glucose you absorb from your food and the amount of glucose made by your liver. Metformin also increases your body's response to insulin, a natural substance that controls the amount of glucose in the blood.

Type 2 diabetes will not be controlled by anti-glycemic medications alone. You must give importance to low carbohydrate diet and aerobic exercise.

The 79F is almost a Low sugar, particularly if it is measured on a glucometer, you need to keep some margin of error. Please check your sugars when you feel dizzy. A Low blood sugar symptoms could include dizziness, confusion, cold sweat, disoriented feeling. For constipation- increase your water intake, fiber intake (Isabgol) is a great natural Fiber source. Sleep- try melatonin and see if that helps. It's natural vs having Valium or other sleeping pills
