i am obese and diabetic due to obesity i unable to do heavy exercise due to this my sugar levels are high can you please suggest what light exercises can i do to control my diabetes.

Please go for diet management and walking.

Swimming is ideal.Walking regularly and games like shuttle or volley ball are good.
