What's your poison?

I asked the following a couple of days ago, in response to a post for which I didn’t get an answer:

“Here's a question for you, and it requires a thoughtful, properly researched answer.

How much carbohydrate is essential for optimal human health”?

I didn’t get a reply, perhaps because I could have worded the question better by inserting the word ‘exogenous’ before ‘carbohydrate’.

Having cleared that up, here’s the answer:

'What? WHAT? You are advising it's safe to cut out one third of the triumvirate of macronutrients?'
