My Endocrinologist suggested there should not be any treatment required for Hypothyroidism up to reading TSH 10.
Enjoy your life without any fear of its treatment.

any lab value cited as normal should be taken as reference but not ultimate. In females s.tsh values upto 2.5 to 3.5 should be considered WNL although lab shows 5.5 normal. And if a female has any kind of menstrual problems getting tsh below 2 relieves symptoms !!
Now a days the concept of NORMAL reports have gone. Normal for some may not be normal for others. It's wnl - within normal limits.

Kya yaar anup. Aap bhi na 🐒. Why do you respond to such rubbish talk. Let Hidden and his endo decide for themselves. For us 5.5 is the maximum limit. Yaar aise bluffs ko bhi enjoy kiya karo. 😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝

Issue here is Hidden is misleading some one who is asking for help
It's OK if he keeps his knowledge or rather lack of it to himself
But these less knowledgeable people misguide others
Go to well qualified Endocrinologist,AIIMS,OR any PGI Institute,and and ask them,what treatment is required? TSH value10,increase your own knowledge for your well being,and do not peep in to others a fairs unnecessarily.
Do not panic,unnecessary,consult a qualified Endocrinologist.Be patient,you are very expert in controlling Diabetes,then why your wife is hypothyroid?
After all you are very experience hand.
