It has come to my attention that one of the most respected contributors to this forum has been restricted for a fortnight. This is utterly disgraceful and an affront to free speech.
Now, there are regular posters such as Mr. Singh, myself and others supporting the LCHF lifestyle for the control of T2 diabetes. We support our point of view by dint of hard scientific evidence that is eroding the current paradigm that is undermining the health of this nation and the nations of the world - a problem of enormous proportions getting worse. Fortunately there is a growing body of scientists, researchers, dieticians etc who agree that the national guidelines emphasising consumption of carbohydrate at the expense of natural fats are flawed and have been for the past 40 years. Prior to this worldwide dietary experiment that has us suffering from obesity, diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer's, cancer etc. Indeed T2 diabetes with its dreadful consequences of neuropathy, kidney failure, blindness, gangrene, amputation shows no sign of abating, despite exhortations of all the national guidelines being adhered to by the majority of the populace of the planet. Indeed the latest news this week states that there are now more people on the planet obese than starving. True? I don't have the figures so can't confirm, but there is absolutely no doubt whatsoever that the problem of T2 diabetes alone will bankrupt every national health service in India, UK, America, etc within the next 20 years.
We of the LCHF adherence can reference the biology, science and data which supports our view, and Mr. Singh is a shining example that it works. He is T2 and free of any symptoms and medicines that most others are slave to or are suffering. Contrast this with the detractors of our stance who have nothing whatsoever to offer by way of rebuttal other than point to the experts and stony faced supporters who have built careers on the slowly eroding foundations of HCLF.
This is the standard treatment of T2 diabetes from 1907 until 1980. It was very successful and there was no demur from the established medical community of the time. Why? Because it worked - LCHF is nothing new:
I would urge anyone with T2 not to take my word, or indeed a man following its guidelines successfully, but read it for yourself - it might just save your life!
“Science marches forward, one death at a time.” (Attributed to Nils Bohr and others) illustrating that new ideas to change a paradigm are mostly treated with contempt by the establishment. Just how many people would support a surgeon operating on them after dissecting a corpse without washing hands? Not many, however Semmelweis was a heretic of his time.
I digress.
Now, the circumstances of Mr. Singh’s transgression have not been made public, but if a cabal of folk who disagree with the LCHF movement have got together to sanction him, then this needs investigation and exposure to the oxygen of publicity, and if an error has been made, then it needs to be put right with the reinstatement of Mr. Singh, who, along with myself and very few others, prefer to use our real names.
For my part I would no more think of attacking the personalities of those that disagree with me nor try to get them banned than to flap my arms to become airborne, for as Voltaire said:
“I Disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it”.
Please reinstate Mr. Singh and put right this disgraceful attack on free speech, suppression of which could literally mean the difference between life and hideous disfigurement, misery and death.
I urge those in agreement to support my petition.

I am one of the beneficial diabetic person who was at the verge of loosing eys and kidnyes. Only because of the following of Mr. Anup Singhs preachings, I survived and continue to lead a normal life. I support wholeheartedly. Lift the restriction... kkjng
Anup never got abusive with anyone except using language for the diet
But even I got abuse when I presented my case. I was abused by indiacratus which I reported but no action was taken
All points presented by anup and all LCHF are either science based or anecdotal either which are useful
We just don't conform with the mainstream recommendation! Which many are anyway frustated
I keep questioning as to Why dieticians and drs recommend a health damaging bakery product like marie biscuits in place of natural almonds or peanuts for which I am abused
While promoting LCHF we don't sell anything
But we could see vested interest selling untested ayurvedic preparations which can have heavy metals or other unproven therapies
I would appeal to the moderators to remove the restriction and let the masses benefit from some strong but unconventional science backed regimen

I have used BGR 34 for 4 months, stopping insulin leaves. On reporting my experience on Social Media some got abusiv . Luckily not charged for sedition.
Anup advises better, so he should be blocked as Commercial interests are untouched. They have the might to drum up complaints.
This action shows that somebody influenced this forum. for his benefit , this is like killing of freedom. It should be stopped immediately . I am fully agree with Mr Singh and support him wholeheartedly . Ban should be revoked immediately .
This is a forum for diabetics, a serious forum. With no specific treatments or medicines to CURE-not just treat- the disease, every one who has found a particular approach which helps bring down numbers has a right to express his views or his success story. In a democratic country, every one has a right to express his views in decent language and no one can take objection. If the admin has reason to prevent Mr Anup or anyone else from posting, they must mention the reason in this forum. Please respect the country's constitutional right of freedom of speech. My BS used to spike up to 440 after loads of medicine.
After joining yr forum I first followed Mr. George the shooter as I was apprehensive with the high fat.
After getting system under better control I tried LCHF. It helped reduce my mood swings and brought back desire to live.
I was also introduced to insulin leaves plant and now I can be off medication if I follow well. As a spoiled Foodie when I don't, mild medication suffices.
Those who work hard and advise selflessly are sometimes harsh, admonish if anyone talks . what they feel, doesn't make sense.
People like Shooter George and Anup are not many. They are the superstars of your website.

I request the Moderator to lift the ban, if any, on both the above great personalities forthwith.
I am a new entrant to this forum and have been much impressed by the thoughts and advices of members. I am following LWMDR presently, but keenly watching LCHF results of others too.
Mr.Anup Singh is highly brilliant and very helpful.his arguments are always clear cut and with prooves.I have got a way to get my diabetes under control which is 26 years old. I also support Mr. Anup.
But not all of them come forward to share with others.
Anup is one who (with great knowledge) is willing to share and help others.
Please REMOVE the BAN on him and let him provide his thoughts.
I have never seen him with any abusive statements.
There is one other website where he provides advice DCLF, just for information.

Please lift the restriction of Anup from this forum and help members to share his knowledge to control the diabetic. I may not noticed any falut from Anup.
Anup only criticises the Diet High carb lowfat and ADA FDA WHO guidelines not any members.

Anup has contributed effectively in this forum for the benefit of some. Though I follow the LWMDR, he still used to advice me about my blood results. Opinions vary, but everyone in this forum are part of a family with different views. One should either take it or leave it, it is ones choice. Banning one from the family, is not the remedy. Please review your decision, and reinstate him back, please.
Mr helped me a lotto get good readings and get my cholesterol to a healthy level . He individually helped me a lot.

Dear Moderator/administrator I am shocking to see this restriction on Mr. Anup for a real genuine contributor for diabetes managed life well without English side effectual medicine and wrong diet. If You (Moderator/administrator) backed by pharma marketeers to make their target would achieve then it is correct otherwise you have restricted humanity I will not be unhappy if you block my account also as I am also not support business on humanity, if restriction not lifted on Mr. Anup I will post wherever be possible as Health unlocked is for Pharma marketeers and this site not not the platform diabetes sufferer. 1000 clouds can't cover the sun ray And from Anup's in this platform who are benefited can't be changed by restricting him in this community blog.
I must agree with you that you have saved me from running for dialysis, because my diabetes is under control according to your advice. Even my eyes are also under control. Thanks to you because of following your advice, I am still enjoying my normal life.
You are doing a great job. I am not a good orator. But in simple words I can say that you have saved my life. I have no words to express my gratitude towards you. Not only me but my many friends and relatives have got benefited by adopting LCHF as ad viced by Anup ji. May God Bless him and give him courage and strength to fight against the odd situations as faced by him from time to time.
