vikram152002 Se already I have posted my personal experience on BGR34 you will not get benefit but will get severe skin allergy definitely.

I am using BGR 34 but did not find any significant change in my FBS. Also it is costly- Rs 5 per tablet ( Rs 505 per pack). Instead I have experienced cheap ayurvedic medicines like NISHAKATHAKADI KASHAYAM or KADAKHADIRATI KASHAYAM has effect. It costs less than Rs 100 per bottle. Also an ayurvedic tablet called GORANCHI which is cheap also has good effect. Patanjali Ayurvedas Goosberry Juice ( 1 littre= Rs 100) is also helpful
