Many diabetics, irrespective of control, develop a typical and distinctive look on the face and only a look at the face tells that the person is diabetic. It is not a short term phenomenon, it takes decades to develop . Any personal views or experience?

Don't you find a typical diabetic face of Mr. Jelly ? It is nothing to do with good or bad looks.

I had been to that web site , before writing this post. I am not talking about photographic differences. It is about a normal look on many old diabetics. A very distinctive look.

That web sites talks about different faces ,meaning different aspects of diabetes . Word faces used entirely in different context.
