It depends how long is you diabetics. Any how lower side is fine and the PPBS is slightly in the higher side, need to control in food and walking

Do not get panic; you are absolutely normal. Difference between FBS and PPBS need to be 70 to 80. PPBS should always be higher than random BS.

If you feel PPBS should be as minimal as possible, differing from FBS, then you have to spend your time only in kitchen, feeding in small quantity in higher frequencies.

If you are not under any medication, please avoid taking it. Medicines decreases the difference between FBS and PPBS which in turn increases serum TG (triglyceride)

It seems you have normal sugar level.Do not take any medicine but change your life style including diet.Take more vegetables including garlic,have brisk walk for 20 minutes daily.

generally inthis level u may control by diet. either you go for hb1ac i.e. hypoglycosulate3d hb than only go for medicine. I think so.
