my fasting sugar is always above 110 what is the reason

my recent bs level fasting 114 pp180. this is the first time that i am getting 180 as my pp level.i am 78+. i am not taking any medicines for diabetis. hitherto my pp level is less than 140. am i diabetic? is the readings are alarming?

At your age,I think your readings are Ok.But please get checked for HbA1C. That test gives your average sugar levels during the the past three months.If the reading comes between 6.5 to 7 you should feel alright.
