what are the safe ranges for urine chemistry tests for Albumin, Creatinine urine and Microalbumin creatinine ratio. please advise
Test reports from labs will be generally indicating these levels.
In respect of tests conducted because of specific complaints,
one should consult the concerned physician.
In case it is at boarder position of a trusted lab range, it may require looking into. I am hopeful google search would yield the range and also interpretation.

Normally, albumin stays in the body. Little or no albumin shows up in the urine.
A result of less than 30 micrograms per milligram of creatinine (mcg/mg) is normal. This means that your kidneys are most likely working well.
A normal result of creatinine in the blood is 0.7 to 1.3 mg/dL for men and 0.6 to 1.1 mg/dL for women.
Women usually have a lower creatinine level than men. This is because women usually have less muscle mass than men.
Urine creatinine (24-hour sample) values can range from 500 to 2000 mg/day. Results depend on your age and amount of lean body mass.
Another way of expressing the normal range for these test results are:--
* 14 to 26 mg per kg of body mass per day for men
* 11 to 20 mg per kg of body mass per day for women

I am nearing 60 and a diabetic. I now have urine hesitancy and retention and as per the advice of a ufologist sonography was done. All my related organs like left and right kidneys & prostate were found normal, except significant urine detention in the bladder. The doctor prescribed Alfatam 0.4mg capsules, which I took for 2 weeks. As there is no much improvement, he asked to go for a "retrograde urethrogram" examination, which is done only in big hospitals and is painful also. Can anybody advise me on this? Many thanks.
