I have perhaps seen a fake miracle cure attributed to Doctor Almeida 3 - 4 or more times on this forum in the past six weeks. The miracle formula has been labelled as fake by fact verifying web sites many years ago. It would be nicer if, before posting "HEAR SAY" outcomes/pleasantries, we make an effort to verify.
