I have read on the net about lack of Chromium which needs to be supplemented orally for Diabetics. Would anybody be able to give me information in this regard? Thanks.

I had got tests done but no Cr reported MED. My next tests are due. Can you suggest which tests I should get done. I had mine done in package by Thyrocare /Arogyam.

I too read about Chromium and instead of Centrum shifted to Theragran Extra which also has biotin (nail growth had retarded but is now OK)...

Yes, Arogyam 1.7 has most of the toxic elements. Last year gone for 1.2 and this year I will also go for 1.7.

I have taken few strips of Biotin 2.5 along with ALA before taking supradyan and noticed some positive impact on bald place of my head. Do you have any idea how long one can take Biotin supplement safely.

Medfree, I can get the tests done, who will interpret and advise me? I am having serious problem with Med doctors, who have med and diet regimes which cripple life. And if you say anything they ask rudely, "who is the doctor".
