I am taking Karela juice daily 30-50 ml but still my sugar is not in control after lunch it is 235 and fasting is 98 how can I control it.

Your fasting blood sugar is normal. But your post-prandial blood sugar is high. It should be less than 140 mg/dL. Voglibose is an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor used for lowering post-prandial blood glucose levels in people with diabetes mellitus. Voglibose delays the absorption of glucose thereby reduces the risk of macrovascular complications.
