My wife is diabetic and is on 40units of insulin at 10 pm daily. Potatoes are totally restricted for the diabetic patients.My question is -

Are the Pahari potatoes about which it is said that they are better than the normal potatoes, can the diabetic patient eat them,are they safe?

My question is still awaiting the answer in details.Are the " Pahari Potatoes पहाड़ी अालू " have less sugar contents than the normal potatoes.
