Postcard Connection Event on the Occasion of World Diabetes Day: November 14, 2013

Moto of Poster Connection event: To promote healing through Creativity, Connection, and Activism.

Creativity: Creating a poster for the connection demands creativity and physical energy, so it’s good for your mind, body and spirit.

Connection: Staying connected to others with diabetes is a great way to keep motivated. It is wonderful for people with diabetes to stay connected, but there would be something magical about connecting diabetics through posters participating.

Activism: The Poster Connection event allows people affected by diabetes to celebrate World Diabetes Day together no matter what corner from they belong. It would not only become helpful in sharing views with people affected by diabetes, but also it would be a tool for raising awareness outside the diabetes community.

Rules for creating Poster:

Participants in the Poster Connection event should prepare handmade posters assigned back side with

Name, Address, Phone No., and e-mail ID.

Poster must include blue circle (as shown above), the international symbol of diabetes, in the design.

You can make and send more than one poster with the help of your family and friends.

The poster size should be 10”x 8” inch. One have to send it before 30th Oct.2013, without fold in 12’x10” cover at below mentioned address.

Exhibition of Posters:

We will put all posters for three days in Public area for exhibition.

First 10 award winners get the special price.

Posters would be sold in 4 category A, B, C, D worth Rs. 1000/-,700/-,500/-,and 300/- respectively and the amount thus generated would be go in charity work of All India Institute of Diabetes and Research.

Imagine posters with bright blue circles you have created using your knowledge of diabetes or experience of being as a diabetic, helping connecting people to each other and the world.

So make best of your creativeness and contribute for a special cause.
