Hi murtuza_ali35,

Do not jump on to medicines; take medicines when it is essential only. First of all get a feel of the problem. As you already know your FBS (240) get the HbA1c tested; DO NOT PANIC, it may be around 10-11. You can bring it down. It can be tested at any time of the day. Also find out from the lab whether they use the D10 Biorad (gold standard) to test it & whether the lab is certified by NABL, ACHSI or ISO. In the mean time please tell about all things that you eat, drink, chew etc how much & when all from one morning to next morning.

Your weight loss & tiredness is due to diabetes. Sleeplessness may be due to WORRY caused by problems associated with WEAKNESS. Once diabetes is under control, all those problems will disappear. Also read my post in this site for a consolation healthunlocked.com/diabetes...

Till the blood sugar come down to a comfortable level, get 2-Hr-PPBS tested at least weekly & report here for a better tailoring.
