I too suffered with left knee joint pain for some time.I got relief by reducing body weight and frequency of driving the car.Reducing the weight even by 3 to 5 kilos will reduce the weight you put on the knee. Also, in present day traffic conditions, there is enormous pressure on the left leg while operating the clutch. With these ,I got relief. For sometime I also used a knee joint brace given by a doctor from Gujarat.

Reducing weight will definitely help and I have taken Neurolib capsules (Ayurvedic) prescribed by a doctor and all neuropathic issues resolved
