TAKING MEDICINES ALONE WILL NOT BRING DOWN BLOOD SUGAR ALWAYS. YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR FOOD HABITS & LIFE STYLE ALSO TEMPORARILY TILL CURE.

Please read MY REPLIES part 1 & 2 to question AT diabetesindia.healthunlocke...

If you have still more doubts on DIABETES & ITS CURE, PLEASE COME BACK HERE.

Nothing to worry about, relax! Stay cool!!!!! If these are your readings in the past 2 months, since how long/period of time have you been highly diabetic???? or just been since 2 months????

I had similar and even much higher levels; I was irregular in taking medicines as also in brisk walking; it was all topsy-turvy on my part; however, I woke up 2 months back; I stopped sweets, now adhere to strict time schedules for medicines, do daily brisk walking except on Sundays; I pray, meditate, and I don’t waste time with FRIENDS; avoid friends; we’re all acquaintances; REAL buddies are an exceptional rare PHENOMENON or what to say????? Remain jovial always; smile and just worship your parents and your Grand-parents, if they’re around you; take them all on various worldwide destinations; remain devoted to their well-being, comforts in totality; read good magazines/publications, the Internet is full of marvellous knowledge-enhancing material/content; exercise daily, be it walking or Yoga or at the Gym, etc. never worry, howsoever serious be the problem, just be cool and if it’s your life that is one of good ‘karma’/deeds and honesty, God will help you overcome all obstacles; take inspiration form me. I had much much higher levels of BG/BS. Remain in touch with fellow Living Creatures via this and many other Blogs, Forums, etc. on Diabetes; get treated under good Diabetologist/Doctor; Undergo all tests required e.g. Retinopathy, Lipid Profile, Full Blood Count, monitor Cholestrol, Triglycerides, Thyroid, etc. etc. Also monitor Hb1AC, Albumin/24-hour Urine Proteins/Microalbuminuria, etc. etc. Consult Doctors and tread with caution; but just don’t get hyper/nervous, God bless us all with good health. Cheers!!!!!!!!
