Diabetes is not a disease and hence no cure. You only manage your sugar levels throughout your life. While young, your body activity helped digest all you ate, as age advances, this metabolism reduces and the organs' efficiency is reduced also. To combat, you manage your glucose levels.

The text below is a "COPY&PASTE STUFF" from my previous replies to some others.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SEEN IT, KINDLY IGNORE THIS.

==================================================================

People who are not & could not be CURED of diabetes will & can only say that it can NOT be CURED.

But people who are CURED can not say so. They will say DIABETES IS CURED, BECAUSE IT IS THEIR OWN EXPERIENCE.

I am cured of diabetes Type II & so I keep saying that AT LEAST TYPE II DIABETES IS CURABLE.

It is up to the patients to decide whom to believe & follow. If one follow a wrong path one will reach only a wrong destination.

Those who do not want cure can believe those who are not cured & those who can not cure.

I can only tell. I cannot make them do what did.

There is a proverb "THE JOCKEY CAN ONLY TAKE THE HORSE TO A STREAM" which means that THE PROCESS OF DRINKING WATER TO QUENCH THE THIRST IS TO BE DONE BY THE HORSE ONLY; jockey is helpless in that.

Sir, you mentioned about long wheat diet as a cure for diabetes. Is this long wheat not same as barley?

Sir, What I said is that Long Wheat diet CURED MY Diabetes. Long Wheat is NOT same as Barley in my place. I do not know how is it in your place.

Please see the fifth picture on the right hand side margin of the section of my article at appropedia.org/Diabetes_mel... (LW pictures & Name in different languages) to see Common Wheat, Long Wheat & Barley sold in shops in my locality.

Beware of some clandestine efforts to confuse members in this regard.

Thanks. Where did you come to know about this cure for diabetes? Do you know somebody else who has cured his/her diabetes using Long Wheat diet?

My maternal uncle, who is no more with us, was an Ayurveda physician & a researcher. He only told me quoting a Sanskrit sloka about this. It was during early 1970's. Till I became diabetic, this could not be tested for the simple reason that nobody believed my words. After curing myself only some patients are coming forward to TRY it. They very rarely only report positive progress & stop reporting once they gain confidence. On the contrary as a result of THEIR mistake when they encounter unexpected adverse result they promptly contact to blame me for their mistake.

So far nobody else have reported cure :-) for reasons unknown to me.

Also, when you say your diabetes has been cured, do you also mean that you now relish on sweets like you used to before getting diabetic?

@jingale,

My earlier reply to this seems to have been removed for reasons not known to me :-) . Hence once more:

Since I have very strong ancestral history of diabetes I have been restricting sweets prior to becoming diabetic. After being cured, even though I am more considerate to pancreas, do not avoid sweets FOR THE SIMPLE REASON THAT EVEN IF IT RELAPSE I AM CONFIDENT OF CURING IT ONCE MORE.

Sir, thanks for your prompt responses. About sweets, it is said that consuming sweets doesn't cause diabetes, but if diabetic are in trouble if they consume sweets. Do you have any comments?

About former part of the question I am not sure but the latter part is obvious.

Bye the way, are you trying to examine my claim about cure under an electron microscope?
