my fasting 190 pp 290 suffering from 12 yrs should i take insulin

I had similar levels, even worse than these until 2 months back, I woke up in life; I was careless, many times missed taking medicines and wasn't taking promptly per schedules laid down by Doctor. Don't worry; just give up all, all all fried foods. not even a few gms of fried stuff; no samosas, no potato wafers, no fries, no bhujia sev, nothing, nothing in fried foods; I also take Baba Ramdev's tablets. His org. is Patanjali Ayurved. Search online, consult the experts; consult few diabetics too; and stick to one Doctor specialist in diabetes; then exercise daily, do brisk walking (without talking with anyone whilst walking) or Yoga; just keep cool, remain relaxed always; prayers and meditation too help a lot; give up in totality your punjabi Atta / wheat flour. no maida either; wheat and potatoes are carbohydrates and these are BAD for diabetics; I was taking non-veg. particularly fish whilst I travelled to several countries during my stay of 24 yrs outside India; Now for past 5 yrs I've remained vegetarian only. However, holding permanent residency of Hong Kong, I go there every year and its during that time of travel and stay in HK that I again take eggs, fish curry and you may please (I guess you’re a Punjabi) take more of fat. Low Carbohydrates high of Fats in food/meals, daily. Be polite with your parents; always serve them, look after their well-being, God will look after you. Take chicken, eggs, dairy products, and then there are more experts and knowledgeable people on the forum and blogs and they too could guide you. Don't get nervous, never get stressed and avoid tension. If you have requisite wealth, enough for you to never bother about income from business then just remain CONTENT in life; all business stress also increases blood pressure. Avoid friends too; I strongly believe we’re all acquaintances; difficult to find GENUINE TRUE friends these days. but friends will waste your time and it'd be wise to use time productively in one's LIFE!!!!!!Travel to various destinations with your family and parents. Enjoy life; smile and visit Gurdwara daily.

After I stopped fried foods, my weight also reduced by 5 to 6 Kgs. and all cholesterol levels, triglycerides, BP, etc. etc. all normal. Be under supervision of good Doctor Specialist in diabetology. Take medicines per schedule, daily. Ask your Doctor to list all important tests e.g. 24-hour urine proteins, Renal Profile, CBC + ESR, Lipid Profile; get a stress-test too including cardiogram, etc. Also get microalbumin/uria test; they give you a container to collect your 24-hour urine; also ask for Creatinine Clearance Test which is derived form 24-hr. Urine collected. Have your thyroid tested too; and whatever Doctor recommends/suggests. All the best to you in your LIFE! God bless us all with good health. Could be hard for you to give up carbohydrates but increase fatty foods. These all instructions garnered from this same forum and the Blog contributors. I am as yet single in life; I'm 56, but I worship my Mom and look after her; I take her for holidays abroad, each year. Enjoy life buddy!!!!!!! Avoid temptations and if your aspirations remain fulfilled then why keep running after money? Enjoy your wealth with your family. Lifestyle control reqd. And positive thinking, right attitude in daily life activities, family chores, etc. reqd.
