the night doses may be heavy. try to get it gradually reduced day by day, observing what levels of insulin by night suits you.for management in the morning.

Night Medicine Dose is to be Reduced. While going to Bed in Night, Pl Eat some Dry Fruits so that Energy Levels in Morning may Be Normal. Patients taking Insulin , Better to have Glucometer in House, so BS can be Checked , whenever Abnormal Levels of energy is Felt, keep a Record and Show Doctor in next Visit, so that he can Consider all and Presribe Medicines. As Food Intake Time Gap is High in Nights, BS levels may Fall, which can not be Noticed in Nights Sleep and Effect felt in Morning.

consult doc and adjust ur Insulin dosage. Bg levels vary very frequently. Have a glucometer at home. Correlate its result with a lab result. Use it for rationalizing your Insulin dosage. While hyper glycemic conditions have ling term effect, hypoglucemic conditons can cause collapse.
