Presently I am taking "Demecron-60" oral tab. I also keep controlling my diet by avoiding sugar contents etc.

I want some suggestions from the forum to discontinue the oral tab. and have some natural or herbal medicine to have control on the diabetes. Please give few suggestions. It is also to point out that I met with a accident at heal on left leg and unable to go for walk more than 100 mts. at a time or so. Though I am performing my daily normal activities and also doing some consultancy work.
