I am taking sugarfree natura. Is it harmfull ? How much quantity I should consume daily ?

Sugar free natura contains Sucralose and other sugar free contains either aspartame, saccharin sodium or steivia. so sucralose is much potent it is much sweeter than others and sugar free also.
