Want to share my experience on how important walking is. Walking everyday for half an hour helps much in controlling sugar levels. You only need to make it a habit and you will find it very helpful.

If one is thick in head and has diabetes, his blood will be thick. Walking a lot will thin him all around. Mind you dont only walk u hv to perspire if your heart is ok.
