I am considered pre-diabetic, sugar readings average 6..7, on testing today sugar was 2.9. Is this too low? I feel ok!

The best thing is to ask your doctor or diabetic nurse. I would personally say that it is a bit low, 4 is usually what they ask you to aim for, but your own diabetic nurses will be able to advise you.

Thanks for advice, not a hope of getting any apps these days. However on checking glucose levels since it has been around 4.6- 5.3 much more like what it normally is - must have been a one off the low reading but I will keep a watch!
