Need some advice on my situation, Im diabetic and have not been controlling it, I cannot afford a dietician or a health coach and im very worried about my health, I know I should have been from the beginning :(

no need to worry. if carbs are cut in food intake and with regular exercise it can be controlled effectively. if possible you can get a blood glucose monitor to regularly check whether the measures taken are helping in reducing the blood sugar level

Have you been checking your blood sugar? That’s so important! Are you staying away from foods containing large amounts of carbs and/or sugar? Do you know when to check your blood sugar? Let me know...I recently ignored my diabetes and my BS was 450. I experienced many physical and mental effects from it being too high. That was a mistake!!

You need to count your sugars very important. Just get rid of all sugars
